At the tender age of 23 your heart has run more than most others who are much older than you. Your heart is precious and one of a kind, it is huge but fits in the size of a teardrop. At this tender age all you need to do is appreciate yourself. Love every inch of yourself, you are amazing. I'm glad you aren't letting people's stupid questions get to you.
